We have different packages for different businesses depending on call volume. We answer the calls in your companies name and transfer the calls to your cell phone or landline.

Starter:
We can also make calls for you to confirm appointments or relay information.
The top up packages are as follows (if you finish your minutes):
 - Plan 1: R 265 (15 Reception Minutes and 30 Transferred Call Minutes).
 - Plan 2: R 500 (30 Reception Minutes and 60 Transferred Call Minutes).
 - Plan 3: R 745 (45 Reception Minutes and 90 Transferred Call Minutes).

Bronze:
We can also make calls for you to confirm appointments or relay information and manage your diary.

The prorata rate is as follows (if you finish your minutes):
 - Transferred calls cost 72 cents a minute.
 - Receptionist calls are R14.95 per minute (depending on the package)

Silver:

A: Yes, you will be assigned a new dedicated number.
 
Q: What happens if I go over the minutes allocated to my package?
A: Depending on which package you are on, any additional minutes will be prorated or you will have to purchase top-up minutes. You are welcome to contact us for a balance enquiry at any time during the month.
 
Q: What are “reception minutes”?
A: This refers to the time the Virtual Executive Assistant spends handling the call.
 
Q: What are transferred minutes?
A: This is the time you are on the call once we have connected you with the caller.
 
Q: How do you know if I’m available or not?
A: You are welcome to update us as frequently as you like via email or calling us directly.
 
Q: How do you transfer a call to me?
A: Below is the operational process of how ART Call Management will attend to your calls:
 
• The call is answered by a Virtual Executive with your customised greeting.
• The Virtual Executive Assistant will ask the callers name and assess the nature of the call.
• The Virtual Executive Assistant contacts the client to check his or her availability.
• If accepted, the call is transferred to the client.
• If declined or the client is not contactable, a detailed message will be taken and an email will be sent to the client immediately.
 
Q: What will the Virtual Executive Assistant say when they answer the phone?
A: Greetings are customizable and our trained professionals will cater to your personal needs.
 
Q: Do you answer all my calls live?
A: Yes! All calls will be answered between the hours of 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Q: Can you make calls on my behalf?
A: Yes we can! We are happy to place calls on your behalf to relay information or confirm appointments on your behalf. This call will cost you reception minutes and transfer minutes.
